Hunar Haat aims to provide exposure and employment opportunities to various artisans, craftsmen and traditional culinary experts to display their handmade and indigenous products.
The Ministry of Minority Affairs launched the USTTAD Scheme in the year 2015 in an effort to preserve the rich heritage and the arts and crafts practised by the minority groups of the country.
As a part of the USTTAD Scheme, Hunar Haat was implemented in 2016-2017.
